2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to pay subsistence allowance from the month of December, 2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he was placed under suspension on 30.05.2013 and subsistence allowance was paid to him till November, 2014, the respondents stopped payment of subsistence allowance from the month of December, 2014 without any reason. Therefore, he made a representation on 09.02.2015 seeking for payment of subsistence allowance from the month of December, 2014. It is stated that the said representation is still pending.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.02.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
