[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents to forbear the persons from the illegal fishing contract on Sembuthan Kanmoi and Ammikudi Kanmoi and to call for the public auction through the fishing tender notification.

2. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 that there is no illegal fishing activity going on.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
