Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records connected with the Impugned Order passed by the 1st Respondent in G.O. (4D) No.11 Public Health and Family Welfare (No.2) Department dated 29.06.2012 in so far as the petitioner is concerned and the consequential order of recovery passed by the 3rd respondent in his Na.Ka. No. 3842/A2/2012 dated 21.11.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to regularise the service of the petitioner from her date of appointment in the Category of Village Health Nurse from 10.11.2006.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter, dated 20.08.2016, to the Registry, seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Permission is granted.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
