ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police has been harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in respect of a complaint lodged by a widow alleging that the petitioner raped her, due to which she gave birth to a child. He would further submit that in order to grab money, this false complaint has been registered against him and that the petitioner is ready for DNA Test in order to prove that he is not the father of the child. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was called only for enquiry and he has not been harassed by the respondents. He would further submit that the respondents Police would call the petitioner for enquiry only by issuing notice under Section 41 Cr.P.C. The said statement is recorded.

5.Recording the above undertaking given by both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
