ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner purchased a property on 20.06.2007 from one Selvaraj and due to interference of erstwhile owner viz., Selvaraj in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the same, a civil suit has been filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.117 of 2015 and ad-interim injunction has been granted in I.A.No.1116 of 2015. While so, the respondents Police have been harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in respect of a complaint lodged by the said Selvaraj. He would further submit that he obeyed the summons issued by the first and second respondents Police and gave a statement before each of them.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner was called only for enquiry and he has not been harassed by the respondents. He would further submit that the petitioner is not required for any more as his statement is already recorded by the respondents Police.

5.Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
