Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the request made by the fourth respondent, dated 30.07.2014 which in turn was made based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.07.2014 through which he sought for appointment as Sanitary Worker in Kanyakumari Medical College Hospital, Asaripallam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. It appears that the petitioner, who was working earlier was terminated from service. Thereafter, he sought for reinstatement into service by filing a Writ Petition before this Court in W.P.6246 of 2007, wherein this Court by an order dated 18.04.2009, directed the first respondent namely the Government of Tamil Nadu, to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking for reinstatement, on merits and in accordance with law. Now, it is stated that the fourth respondent has forwarded the request of the petitioner to the third respondent, who has to pass a final order.

5. Considering all these facts and circumstances, I direct the third respondent to consider the case of the petitioner seeking for reinstatement, on merits and in accordance with law and pass such an order, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner on merits. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
