PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2018. For Petitioner :

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2018. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry, the same shall be concluded, within a period of two weeks.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner shall appear before the second respondent for further enquiry and also he undertakes to co-operate with the enquiry before the second respondent.

4.In the light of the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to conduct and complete an enquiry, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as per law.
