ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for records pertaining to the impugned charge sheet in C.C.No.123 of 2018 on the file of the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner restricted his prayer to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court on the ground that the petitioner is a college going student.

3. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the personal appearance of the petitioner alone is dispensed with the following conditions:

"The petitioner shall appear before the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Rameshwaram within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file an undertaking affidavit, by affixing her recent passport size 2/4

photographs, to the effect that he will appear before the trial Court as and when required and must ensure his proper representation through Advocate."

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
