ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20029 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the 1/3

said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the Petition.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.9(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20029 of 2024, dated 02.12.2024 is hereby modified as 'the petitioner shall report before the respondent-Police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 05.30 p.m., until further orders'.

6. The other conditions shall hold good.
