The petitioner, who is aged about 73 years, has filed the present Writ Petition, giving wrong information to the authority concerned. He has made a representation to the first respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders in the revision petition, quoting the earlier order of this Court, which is nothing to do with the revision. Such an action of the petitioner in quoting the order of this Court, which has got no relevancy to the case on hand, in my considered view, is to be deprecated. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court, if the revision is not taken up and disposed of within a period of six months.
