ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 & A3 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 336, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC r/w Section 5 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.270 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioners and other accused attacked the defacto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences and damaged the wind glass of the TATA ACE belonging to the defacto complainant. On complaint, case has been registered for the above said offences. 3.The case of the petitioners is that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioners are ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/-. 5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been

discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.270 of 2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil on receipt of the same the petitioners are entitled to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
