The petitioner has come forward with this petition praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil to speed up the day -today trial in C.C.No.132 of 2009 and to finish it within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4. In view of the above, the trial Court shall take up the

case in C.C.No.132 / 2009 on day-today basis and it shall not be adjourned beyond three working days at any point of time. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
