ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in 1/3

connection with a case in Crime No.167 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 109, 427 and 506(i) IPC, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not present at the place of occurrence. The petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that two previous cases are pending against the first petitioner and one previous case is pending against the second petitioner.

4. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
