Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PRABHA S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.(b) in Paragraph No.8 of the order in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3128 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3128 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022 regularly and he prayed for modification of the condition imposed by this Court.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly before the Theni Police Station.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6025 of 2022 required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
