2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal.

3. In all these Writ Petitions, the petitioner is seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to initiate action against the respective third respondent by considering her representation, dated 11.12.2014.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respective third respondent is violating the route permit and operating the mini-bus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered on

merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the respective third respondent as well.

6. Recording the above said submission, all these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.12.2014 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the respective third respondent as well. It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any view on the contentions raised by the petitioner in the Writ Petitions against the respective third respondent as it is for the respondents 1 and 2 to go through those contentions and pass appropriate orders after hearing both parties. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 1 and 2, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
