O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenu, alleging that her daughter, aged about 22 years, is missing and an FIR has been registered in Crime No.89 of 2022.

2. There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents pointed out that the alleged detenue is aged 22 years and she is a Law College student and she has got married to one Santhosh Kumar.

3. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and in view of the fact that the alleged detenue is aged 22 years, we are not inclined to entertain this Habeas https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.745 of 2022 Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
