This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the her representation, dated 19.04.2021.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in CP.No.18652 of 2021 and the same was closed on 25.06.2021. It is also submitted that the third respondent has not given any complaint against this petitioner and only the petitioner has made allegations against the second respondent herein stating that he is harassing her. The second respondent has also filed a counter affidavit, stating that he has not harassed the petitioner on any occasion. Since, no complaint has been received by the second respondent from the third respondent, the question of harassment does not arise.
