PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS r/w 483(i)(b) of BNSS, to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni, in Cr.M.P.No.694 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025 in para No.4 (iii) the petitioner shall sty at Ariyalur District and appear and report before the Jayankondam Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m. for 30 days and thereafter shall appear on summons".

ORDER

This Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS r/w 483(i)(b) of BNSS praying to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni, in Cr.M.P.No.694 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025 in para No.4 (iii) the petitioner shall sty at Ariyalur District and appear and report before the Jayankondam Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m. for 30 days and thereafter shall appear on summons".

2. Mr.P.Senguttuarasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly before the Court below.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has complied condition 7 days only.

4. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify Condition No.4 (iii) of the bail order in Cr.M.P.No.694 of 2025 dated 26.03.2025 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni, as follows:

"The petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 2/3

a.m., until further orders."

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. The other conditions shall hold good.
