O R D E R

Today (i.e.16.08.2018), when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned senior counsel appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, handed over the petitioner's community certificate, S.S.L.C. and H.S.C. mark sheets to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned senior counsel would also submit that as regards the transfer and conduct certificates are concerned, he has already advised the second respondent to issue those certificates also to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner may be directed to approach the second respondent on any working day and the same would be handed over to her, after obtaining her signature in the original.

3. The petitioner is, therefore, directed to approach the second respondent on any working day during next week and get her transfer and conduct certificates.

4. Recording the above submissions and also the handing over of the above certificates, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this writ petition and the same is, therefore, closed. No costs.
