ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for reimbursement of Rs.2,33,727/-.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a subscriber to the Government of Tamil Nadu New Health Insurance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.10335 of 2021 Scheme - 2016. He has incurred a sum of Rs.2,33,727/- towards medical expense of his wife in the month August 2020. While so the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents seeking reimbursement of the said amount. But so far no orders have been passed on his application. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submits that the Insurance Company has considered the case of the petitioner and the amount would be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
