O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners under guise of enquiry except under due process of law.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that in earlier upon the receipt of the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent herein conducted an enquiry in CSR.No.22 of 2020. After due enquiry, the same was closed. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. 3.Therefore, it is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
