[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to produce the Petitioner's daughter namely, Selvarani, daughter of Annaraj, aged about 23 years, before this Court and set her at liberty forthwith.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Standing Counsel Mr.S.Ravi that the detenue is at Hyderabad. She was already married and she is now at five months pregnancy. H.C.P.(MD) No.889 of 2021 4.In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the opinion that there is nothing for adjudication in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
