Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take necessary action against 7th respondent and cancel the consent order No.2101136098768 dated 02/01/2021 by considering petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2021.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T. S. SIVAGNANAM, J.) The petitioner seeks for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take necessary action against 7th respondent and cancel the consent order No.2101136098768, dated 02/01/2021, by considering his representation dated 21.06.2021.

2.In the light of the direction, we propose to issue in this Writ Petition, notice to seventh respondent is dispensed with. 3.The learned Senior Counsel for the State Government appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 6 would submit that even before the authorities could take action on the representation, the petitioner has rushed to this Court.

4.In view of the above, we are not inclined to issue any direction. If there is any violation, the appropriate authority shall take action in accordance with law.

5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
