Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19438 of 2021, dated 17.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since the first petitioner is working at Chennai, and all the petitioners are belongs to one family, they are not able to arrange the sureties. CRL MP(MD) No.6027 of 2022 3.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19438 of 2021, dated 17.03.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) with common surety, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
