The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take necessary action against the 3rd respondent by conducting proper enquiry based on the petitioners representation dated 02.11.2022 and 05.12.2022, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.72 of 2022. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner appeared before the respondent police in one time and thereafter, she did not appear.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police and the second respondent police made a enquiry and disposed of the petitioner's representations dated 02.11.2022 and 05.12.2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
