Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, GOVT.ADVOCATE(CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender, execute sureties and deposit of amount Rs.2 Lakhs to the credit of Crime No.47 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2718 of 2023 dated 28.02.2023.
