This matter is listed today under the caption 'for clarification'. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side. 3.This Court, by order dated 29.04.2025, suspended the sentence of the petitioner for a period of three months and ordered him to be enlarged on bail, on medical grounds. While suspending the sentence, this Court has also directed the 1/3

Superintendent, Central Prison, Trichy, to refer the petitioner to the Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai, for treatment, for a period of three months. 4.It is clarified that on execution of bond, as per the order dated 29.04.2025, the Superintendent, Central Prison, Trichy, shall refer the petitioner to the Institute of Mental Health, Kilpauk, Chennai, for further treatment, for a period of three months from today.
