This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the case as per the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.05.2018. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the dispute arose between the parties is purely money transaction. Therefore, the complaint of the petitioner has been closed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the appropriate forum.
