ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.OP (MD) No. 3599/2025 dt. 28.02.2025, for executing the sureties.

2. Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to financial crisis the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 23.04.2025 to comply the order, dated 28.02.2025 made in Crl.OP(MD) No. 3599 of 2025.
