ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's revision in Na.Ka.No.4225/2025/D5 (Ni.See.1) on the file of the first respondent. 1/4

2. Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondents.

3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

4. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's revision in Na.Ka.No.4225/2025/D5 (Ni.See.1) and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 & 3 and other rival parties, if any. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
