ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents to refund the sum of Rs.12,86,000/- along with interest by considering petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 04.04.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
