(The Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU.J) The petitioner has come up with this writ petition under the guise of Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction as follows:

"To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action against the illegal collection of amount in the name of Temple and further to take steps for hiring the rooms belongs to the temple by fixing rental amount."

2.We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records carefully.

3. In our considered view, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is innocuous, which does not even mention what is the temple and what are the rooms available and which are hired. There is no specific mention about the temple. Hence, there is no merit in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
