ORDER

With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner, based on the registered partition deed and patta mutated in the name of the petitioner, has sought for survey to be conducted. The petitioner has made an application on 19.03.2025 in this regard.

4. Considering the limited relief, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct survey based on the 2/4

petitioner's application dated 19.03.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 15.04.2025 am To
