To grant further extension of time granted in the order made in Crl.OP(MD)No. 824/2018, dated 18.01.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.C.ASAITHAMBI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the Condition No.1 in para-5 of the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.824 of 2018, dated 18.01.2018 and grant further extension of time for surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petitions, these petitions are ordered. The condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and the time for surrender and executing the sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
