COMMON ORDER When the matters were taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners in both the Criminal Original Petitions submitted that since the investigation in Crime Nos.177 and 178 of 2016 have been completed, the petitions have become infructuous. Therefore, recording the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners in both the petitions to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
