Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 29.05.2016 preferred by the petitioner for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 354 and 506(i) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of Women Harrassment Act and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

ORDER
It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.05.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and after enquiry, the petitioner made a statement that she is not willing to join with the husband and she will work out her remedy before the Family Court, and accordingly, the petition was closed and the closure report was also sent through post to the petitioner. 4.Since the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the closure report is not yet received by the petitioner, a copy of the closure report is directly given to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court. It is for the petitioner to work out her remedy in accordance with law.
