RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition to that effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam daily at 10.30 a.m. instead of the petitioner shall stay at Theni and report before the Theni Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks order imposed in Crl OP(MD) No.5841 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAMESH.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.THANGA ARAVINDH, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition to that effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam daily at 10.30 a.m instead of the petitioner shall stay at Theni and report before the Theni Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m for a period of four weeks imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5841 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in condition No.4(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.5841 of 2023 dated 29.03.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
