O RDER This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner in respect of the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent regarding family dispute between the petitioner and 2nd respondent.

2. The second repsondent, who is the wife of the petitioner has given a complaint, stating that the petitioner went missing from the house, due to petty quarrel with her on 18.03.2023, based upon which, crime No.409 of 2023 has been registered under the man missing caption on 28.03.2023.

3. Pending the of above said investigation, it appears that there is exchage of notice between the husband and wife. But however, the husband is willing to live with the second respondent herein. Since only the complaint is given by his wife, First Information Report has been registered under the man missing caption. Now the petitioner is very well available in the address given in the notice. So, the above said investigation shall be closed. The parties are at liberty to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
