O R D E R
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he is the tenant under the 3rd respondent and there is a dispute between the parties and thereby, a case was already filed in O.S.No.755 of 2024 and the same was also disposed of. While so, the 3rd respondent entered into the premises and thrown out the belongings of the petitioner from the petitioner's premises and thereby, the petitioner sent a representation dated 31.01.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that they already registered a case in Crime No.720 of 2024 and the same is under investigation. However, the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2025 is pending for enquiry and they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within fifteen days.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the 3rd respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.
5. According to the petitioner, he already sent a representation dated 31.01.2025 for police protection, but the same has not been considered. The 2nd respondent has also admitted the pending representation of the petitioner for enquiry. Therefore, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to both the parties within a fifteen [15] days from the date of this order.
6. With the above said observation and direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
