COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions are filed to quash the impugned Current Consumption bills dated 19.05.2021 and 16.06.2021 with a consequential direction to adjust the excess Security Deposit amount as determined by the third respondent vide proceedings dated 22.04.2021 against the regular Current Consumption Charges as contemplated under Regulation 5(5)(V) of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Supply Code 2004.

2. Through the impugned order, the respondents have collected excess Additional Current Consumption Deposits (ACCD). Pending Writ Petition, the respondents have adjusted the amount for the future consumption charges and the prayer is already granted by the respondents. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
