2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the arrears will be disbursed within a period of four (4) weeks.

4.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the contempt petitioner, if the arrears have not been paid.
