PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the third respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner at the time of fencing his land on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 22.06.2020 and 28.07.2020 respectively.

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the third respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner at the time of fencing his land, on the basis of his representation, dated 22.06.2020 and 28.07.2020.

2.Today, when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.06.2020 and 28.07.2020, has been received by the third respondent and based on which enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.253 of 2020. He would further submit that after due enquiry, the same has been closed by the third respondent. 3.Hence, considering the facts and circumstances of this case, in the absence of any petition on the file of the third respondent police, no further order is required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
