Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the Additional Mahila Court Judge, Trichy to expeditiously complete the trial and pronounce the judgment in the case in M.C.No.38 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court Judge, Trichy, to dispose M.C.No.38 of 2015.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the Miscellaneous petition is being adjourned from time to time without a final adjudication.

3. There shall be a direction to the learned Additional Mahila Court Judge, Trichy, to dispose of this M.C.No.38 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned Additional Mahila Court Judge, Trichy, is directed to report the compliance, after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
