ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the official respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.10.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and after enquiry, the parties themselves made a statement that they would seek remedy before the appropriate forum, and recording the said statement, the petition was closed and the closure report was also sent through post to the petitioner.

4.Since the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the closure report is not yet received by the petitioner, a copy of the closure report is directly given to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the open Court. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. As the case is closed, notice to R3 is dispensed with.
