ORDER
Seeking to direct the first respondent police to instruct the second respondent police to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.02.2026 and 11.03.2026, this petition is filed.
2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that he submitted a complaint to the second respondent police on 28.02.2026, which was assigned CSR No. 76 of 2026; however, no action has been taken thereafter. Subsequently, the petitioner lodged a fresh complaint on 11.03.2026, which has also not yielded any progress. Hence, this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that complaint was received and enquiry is pending.
4.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.02.2026 and 11.03.2026 by putting the petitioner as well as rival parties on notice under Section 64 of BNSS and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. regard, the first respondent is directed to monitor the enquiry conducted by the second respondent.
