RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time in Crl.O.P.No. 6722 of 2020 dated 29.06.2020 enabling the petitioner to surrender and furnish the sureties before learned the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.BALAKRISHNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 29.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.
6722 of 2020, directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] with two sureties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order and also deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- [Rupees Twenty Thousand only] before the concerned District Mineral and Foundation Trust on or before 05.07.2020. According to the petitioner, due to financial crisis, he was unable to furnish sureties before the Magistrate concerned, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.
2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 29.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6722 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
