Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 produced a copy of the status report filed by the fifth respondent and submitted that a peace committee meeting was conducted by the Tahsildar and the matter itself has been settled. The proceedings of the peace committee meeting as well as the report of the fifth respondent have been produced and the same are recorded.
2.In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
