ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to initiate action under Section 133 of Cr.P.C., so as to remove the obstructions, on the common pathway made in Survey No.1167 of Kodaikanal Village, within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2020.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent police submitted that as per the representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2020, the second respondent conducted enquiry and the same was closed.

3.Considering the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.8861 of 2020 representation of the petitioner dated 05.08.2020, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent counter party and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. No costs.
