3.Let me not examine the facts in details because, the learned Special Government Pleader had forwarded the proceedings of the peace committee meeting, which was held in 20.04.2023 in Na.Ka.No.A4/2591/2023 by the Tahsildar, Manamadurai. The peace committee meeting was conducted by the Tahsildar and the Sub Inspector, SIPCOT Police Station, the Deputy Tahsildar, Manamadurai, the Revenue Inspector, Seikalathur, the Village Administrative Officer, K.K.Pallam had participated and the two groups had also been issued with notices and had participated. It had been finally stated that there was no consensus arrived at by the two groups and therefore, a decision has been taken that the temple festival will not be conducted. 4.In view of the same, the representation of the petitioner cannot be accepted, since the villagers themselves have apparently taken a conscious decision to quarrel among themselves. 3/5
