Illam, Rice Mill Street, Thuvarankurichi Village, Ponnampatti Town Panchayat, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's compliant, dated 10.06.2020, under C.S.R.No.197 of 2020, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to provide adequate police protection for completing the construction of septic water tank in the petitioner's house property, bearing Door No.62/73, P.V.M. Illam, Rice Mill Street, Thuvarankurichi Village, Ponnampatti Town Panchayat, Trichy District, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2020.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.9927 of 2020 for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent herein initiated an enquiry in C.S.R.No.197 of 2020 and the same is still pending on his file. Further, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the time of enquiry, if it is found necessary, sufficient protection will be given to the petitioner.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
